Astrological healer and guide Ruth brings over 20 years of experience in facilitating personal growth through individual sessions, group work, and teaching therapeutic skills. Her dedication to making a meaningful impact has led her on a unique journey—from chemistry and accountancy to permaculture and Tibetan Buddhism—before finding her true calling as a holistic counsellor. With a deep commitment to both spiritual embodiment and trauma recovery, she integrates wisdom from diverse disciplines to support transformation.
